Hiring method
Our interview process is rooted in Geoff Smart and Randy Street’s book Who: The A Method for Hiring, which outlines a systematic approach to hiring top talent. You can expect a structured and consistent interview process that relies on the quality of information you provide in each interview.
Don’t worry! We won’t ask you about what you would do in a hypothetical situation or to find an answer to a trick question. Our interviews are straightforward and gather real-life data points on experiences that you have had.
Be prepared to share examples of accomplishments and failures throughout the process. Vulnerability is very important to us!
